Traditional Thai Massage
If you want to improve your joint and muscular range of motion and experience a unique massage, try traditional Thai massage. Unlike Swedish massage, traditional Thai massage involves movement, stretching, and the application of direct pressure. Performed on a floor mat, this technique includes medium to hard massage using pressure points and yoga-like stretching to help blood flow, enhance joint mobility and muscle flexibility.

Thai Foot Reflexology
Give your fatigued feet some long overdue attention with foot reflexology. Traditional Eastern medicine tells us that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems in your body. Foot reflexology involves pressure applied to the foot which brings relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. This relaxing massage keeps your body system balanced to keep you in tip top shape.

Thai Herbal Compress
For the ultimate in stress and pain relief, try our Thai Herbal Compress massage. Herbs are steamed while tied in a muslin cloth and applied to those tight muscles prior to your massage. The healing herbs (kassumunar, kaffir lime, lemon grass and camphor, among others) are anti-inflammatory and soothe those stiff, aching muscles while nourishing your skin. The heat penetrates into tissues, giving a deeply relaxing and gentle massage. Plus, they smell wonderful.

TMJ Massage – Temporomandibular Dysfunction
Do you suffer from pain and stiffness in the jaw, face, and neck? TMJ affects the temporomandibular joint, which connects your jaw to the side of your skull. This facial massage uses gentle manipulation of the connective tissues of your face, neck, shoulders and scalp. This releases the stress that has built up in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Oncology Massage
Oncology massage is a gentle massage treatment that allows me to provide safe and effective treatment for all my patients. Whether you have been diagnosed, are currently being treated with chemotherapy, or are undergoing surgery.Once a diagnosis of cancer and treatment occurs. Combining massage therapy treatments along with lymphatic drainage has been proven to help both physically and emotionally.

Post Surgical & Scar Tissue Massage
A combination of lymphatic drainage, fascia release, scar tissue management, in combination with swedish massage will provide and help reduce pain, reduce swelling and decrease tenderness within the affected area.

Hot Stone Massage
The therapist uses smooth, heated stones to massages. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly

RMT Medical Acupuncture
Excellent for pain and stress relief, medical acupuncture has a stimulating effect on the nervous system that improves energy flow along the nerves. When applied to muscles, medical acupuncture improves muscle contraction to help reduce pain and relax those taught muscles. Mink uses disposable sterilized needles, making the risk of infection virtually non-existent.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage helps reduce swelling, stress and anxiety during pregnancy. It also helps to relax muscle tension, joint pain and increases circulation which improves labor outcomes and overall pregnancy wellness.

Swedish Massage
Traditional Swedish massage is excellent for stress relief, pain relief or keeping your muscles in tip top shape. This relaxing body therapy increases circulation, improves tissue mobility and relaxes those tight, overworked muscles.

Manual Lymphtic Drainage (MLD) (Dr. Vodder method Level #2)
Unlike a regular Swedish massage, MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that uses light, rhythmic strokes to guide trapped fluid from tissues toward lymph nodes for processing with no oil or lotion applied. MLD can be helpful in many conditions such as fibromyalgia, anxiety, sluggish immune system, whiplash, sinus congestion, post surgical edema from pregnancy, migraine and it helps reduce inflammation and improves circulation.
